  • If a digital deliverable does not meet the initial project specifications as outlined in your service agreement, we will provide dedicated revisions at no additional cost.
  • The 14-day period begins upon delivery of the initial milestone or completed phase of work.
  • Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@digitalgreenline.com within the 14-day window.
  • We will work diligently to address any concerns and ensure the deliverable meets agreed-upon standards.

Completed Milestone Policy

Once a service milestone is completed and approved by the client, fees associated with that milestone are non-refundable. This policy reflects the custom nature of our professional services and the resources invested in each project phase.

  • Approval is documented through written confirmation, sign-off emails, or milestone acceptance in project management platforms.
  • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review each deliverable before providing approval.
  • Any concerns should be raised during the review period to ensure satisfaction before milestone completion.

Ongoing Retainer Cancellation

For clients engaged in ongoing retainer agreements, cancellations require advance notice to ensure proper project transition and resource management.

  • Cancellations of ongoing retainers require 30-day written notice.
  • Notice must be submitted via email to support@digitalgreenline.com.
  • Payment for services rendered during the 30-day notice period remains due and payable.
  • We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition and proper handoff of all work in progress.
